We start with an initial consultation:
To make sure we’re clear on the brief, we’ll meet up with you for a discussion and to see the site. We will organise a topographical survey and perhaps look at any building plans you have. It would be great if you have collected images or ideas on Pinterest, or from magazines, but no problem if not. We’ll also give you a price for creating a design, so you know exactly what you’re expecting.
Then we draw a concept plan for you:
We’ll prepare a hand drawn layout showing design ideas and planting suggestions. We’ll then discuss this with you and make any changes and alterations that are appropriate.
Next we’ll start finalising the design:
At this point we can provide an estimate of the cost of implementing the design and planting it up. We’ll discuss the cost and adjust the plans if there are any budgetary concerns.
And then we’ll make a master plan to take forward, and an accompanying planting plan:
We’ll compile a finalised layout and a list of all plants, with suggested quantities for each garden area and proposed positioning.
We can implement the design for you, or if you already have a contractor we can visit the build to check on proceedings and ensure the best possible end results are achieved.
